$8,000 per month About the Role We are a fast-growing, multi-brand skincare and beauty company based in Florida, developing and launching products across global markets. We are looking for a high-level operator to take full ownership of our product development function—from concept to production—so leadership can step out of the day-to-day. This is a senior role with real authority. You will be the decision-maker and driver behind all product development execution. What You'll Be Responsible For Own the entire product development lifecycle across multiple skincare brands Oversee everything from formulation, raw materials, packaging, and design to sampling, revisions, approvals, and production Manage daily communication with manufacturers, labs, and global suppliers Lead packaging and product design direction in collaboration with vendors and internal teams Control timelines, cost, quality, and scalability of all products Manage reorders and ongoing product lifecycle improvements Act as the internal lead and final decision-maker for all product development matters Who You Are You've successfully owned and led product development end-to-end (not just assisted) Strong project manager with the ability to move fast and stay organized Confident working directly with manufacturers and suppliers Sharp eye for product, packaging, and overall brand presentation Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness is highly preferred Comfortable working across different time zones and global teams Looking for a long-term leadership role where you can truly build and own a department What We Offer $8,000/month compensation aligned with senior-level responsibility Full ownership and autonomy over product development Direct impact on product quality, speed, and brand growth Opportunity to scale with a growing global beauty company Important Note This is a senior, in-person operational leadership role with full accountability for execution.
