Director of Psychotherapy Services About the position We are seeking an experienced clinical psychologist, preferably, board certified to provide psychological-based therapies, supervision and training of psychotherapists, clinical research and help develop NCBI's Coordinated Specialty Care Program for 1st episode schizophrenic patients. This position can be based out of any of our New Jersey or North Carolina clinics. This position is open to applicants who treat across the lifespan, pediatrics and/or adults. In addition to Director related duties, you will be part of a clinical team providing the following mental health services conducting: Intakes and initial exams Specialty exams Individual and group psychotherapy Couples and family psychotherapy if applicable Behavioral therapy and behavioral training Hire, train, and supervise staff providing psychological services Develop the Coordinated Specialty Care Program Participate as a researcher in one or more of our clinical research trials for those interested in research and/or initiate your own clinical research studies Competitive base salary with profit sharing opportunities including program development bonuses and quarterly performance cash bonuses as well as other incentives and benefits as described within for full-time employees (healthcare, retirement plans with company contributions up to 3% of each employee's salary annual and paid leave including holidays) with some benefits also available for part-time employees. Salary is based on education/degree, years of clinical experience and interpersonal skills. A signing bonus is also offered which is paid out at the end of the employees' 3-month probationary / credentialing period. Qualifications •Clinical psychologist, licensed in New Jersey, North Carolina or at least one other state and have telehealth certification as part of Psypact A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience which can include the applicant's post-doctoral residency / fellowship Preference will be give to board certified candidates in psychotherapy About the NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute (NCBI) The NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute specializes in diagnosing and treating cognitive, neuropsychiatric, and neurobehavioral disorders in pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
