Job Description

Director of Sales Facility Services Organization We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our growing organization. This role will be instrumental in driving organic growth, building and optimizing a high-performing sales team, and evaluating talent in support of future acquisitions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B and/or B2C sales within property management or construction , along with a proven ability to lead, coach, and execute strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team Evaluate current team performance and upgrade talent through hiring, coaching, and training Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development for sales staff Partner with senior leadership to design and implement effective sales incentive programs Establish clear sales goals, processes, and performance metrics Drive strategic planning and contribute to long-term organizational growth Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align sales strategy with company objectives Utilize sales software and analytics tools to track productivity and optimize performance Participate in regional travel (within approximately a 1-hour radius) for sales and team engagement Qualifications Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams Strong background in property management, facility services, or construction sales (B2B and/or B2C) Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities Experience developing compensation structures and incentive programs Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute growth initiatives Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools High energy, collaborative, and results-oriented leadership style What Company Offers Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission Incentive opportunities tied to team production Company vehicle for business-related travel Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing organization
