Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team in the Baltimore area. This role requires a versatile professional who can manage both Sales Reps and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building client relationships, driving business growth and managing a sales team.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Baltimore, MD area, targeting large potential clients in the [specific industry/sector]. Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Develop and present compelling proposals, showcasing our services and value proposition to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Client Management:
Serve as the of the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of their business objectives. Proactively address client concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and client needs to anticipate recruitment requirements.
Data Management:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and recruitment activities in the company's CRM system. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, business development activities, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Experience in the Sales/Customer Service field Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales/revenue targets. Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment practices and trends. Less than 10% travel.
