POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Treasury Management is responsible for the leadership, administration, growth, and daily oversight of the Bank's Treasury Management department. This role oversees treasury sales, operations, servicing, product administration, digital banking support, customer experience, and operational risk management for business and consumer banking services.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee the daily operations, servicing, administration, and support functions of the Treasury Management department. Develop and maintain Treasury Management relationships with business customers and prospects. Partner with Commercial Lending and Retail teams to support treasury growth, product adoption, customer retention, and relationship expansion initiatives. Provide leadership and hands-on support across treasury sales, operations, servicing, customer support, product administration, and digital banking functions. Oversee treasury onboarding, implementations, customer training, setups, maintenance, documentation, and ongoing servicing activities. Serve as a subject matter expert for Treasury Management products, payment systems, digital banking platforms, treasury operations, and customer servicing processes. Support customers and Frontline/Retail staff with treasury services, operational guidance, troubleshooting, customer communications, and escalations. Review and manage operational exceptions, service requests, fraud-related concerns, payment limit requests, customer issues, and digital banking escalations in accordance with Bank policy and risk standards. Assist in managing treasury-related fraud prevention initiatives, operational controls, customer education, and service monitoring activities. Coordinate with internal departments to support operational efficiency, compliance, risk management, and timely issue resolution. Develop and maintain Treasury Management policies, procedures, workflows, agreements, forms, and operational documentation. Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, compliance initiatives, and remediation efforts involving Treasury Management and digital banking services. Prepare treasury-related reporting for Executive Management, Committees, and the Board of Directors. Identify and implement treasury products, operational enhancements, process improvements, service standards, risk management processes, documentation practices, and digital banking solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Participate in system implementations, product rollouts, conversions, testing, and vendor coordination efforts. Manage relationships with treasury vendors, digital banking providers, fitech partners, and third-party service providers. Ensure treasury operations and services remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, NACHA requirements, Bank policies, and internal procedures. Manage hiring, coaching, training, and professional development of Treasury Management staff. Participate in customer meetings, business development efforts, networking opportunities, and community activities as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive Bank and customer information. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of banking experience required, with a minimum of five years in Treasury Management or related Treasury Management experience. Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, banking operations, payment systems, and digital banking services. Knowledge of ACH origination, wires, online banking platforms, mobile deposit, positive pay, fraud mitigation tools, and treasury servicing processes. Experience with operational servicing, customer support, exception management, audits, regulatory examinations, and policy/procedure administration. Strong leadership, relationship management, operational, organizational, and customer service skills. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, and operational responsibilities simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels of the organization. Experience with Fiserv core system, Business Online Banking platform, Zelle, Business Analytics, and Configure Digital administration preferred.

Frequent contact with all Bank officers and other personnel within the Bank.
DECISION MAKING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures adherence to policies and procedures and is ultimately responsible for the effective functioning of the Treasury Management Department.
