POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES JOB SUMMARY
Provide high quality sanitation of soiled items while assisting with assigned duties in various departments. Keep service area clean.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and flatware in timely matter. Unload and store F&B deliveries Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, ceiling, and all equipment within kitchen Maintain cleanliness of basement storage Remove trash and recycling as needed- clean receptacles Maintain safe and sanitized work area Assist kitchen staff as needed This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year high volume kitchen experience. Must be capable of following directions. Must possess good recall and memory. Must understand English. Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment. Must be able to work late nights, weekends and Holidays (Schedule may vary)PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Constantly walking, standing, hearing, seeing and talking Frequently smelling, tasting, eye/hand coordination and handling. Occasionally balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, sitting, holding, wrist motion, reading and stooping. Occasionally pushing and pulling up to a maximum of 200 lbs. Occasionally lifting and carrying up to a maximum of 55 lb., alone.WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment with occasional hot and cold temperature changes. Close spaces while working with others. Moderate to loud noise levels. Stand on tile/mats.HAZARDS:
Knives, Mechanical Kitchen Equipment . Temperature may vary- High Heat/ Cold Air
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Regular scheduled hours. Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours. Must be able to work Holidays, weekends and late nights.Job Type:
