Dishwasher

Summary As the Dishwasher, you are primarily responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking equipment while following safe food handling procedures and maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary workstation. Provide server assistance by busing tables and bar dishware and deliver products as necessary to ensure uninterrupted guest service. Provide kitchen assistance by retrieving and delivering ingredients/products necessary for food preparation.

Skills and Qualifications Kitchen Maintenance:

Cleaning and organizing the dish area, taking out trash, cleaning floor mats, and cleaning equipment.

Support:

Assisting with, or storing, food deliveries, cleaning refrigerators, and aiding with food prep tasks (e.g., peeling vegetables).

Efficiency:

Working quickly to maintain a fast pace during high-volume, busy shifts.

Organization:

Sorting dishes efficiently and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.

Safety Focus:
