This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting our Chefs and Food and Beverage team in delivering an exceptional Member experience. Dishwashers report to the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish area, and storage areas.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floors as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and stocking duties.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health department standards.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Possesses a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Reliable and punctual. Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the department. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but is not required. Previous experience in a Private Club, high volume food and beverage operation, or similar organization is a plus.

Work Environment:

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Work is performed primarily indoors.

Pay:

$15.92 - $18.00 per hour
