Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where you'll be the backbone of our bustling kitchen operations! In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, creating a safe and efficient environment for culinary excellence. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth service flow, support food preparation activities, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene. Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as handling ingredients when needed Follow food handling and safety protocols to uphold sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Help with general cleaning duties across the kitchen area including floors, counters, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during busy service hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary operations Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation is a plus but training will be provided Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health regulations
