Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Support food preparation by assisting with basic tasks such as ingredient prep or setup when needed Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during busy service times to support smooth restaurant operations Follow proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines to prevent contamination or accidents Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service and catering events Support banquet and catering setups by ensuring all necessary dishware and utensils are clean and ready for use Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail in cleaning procedures and organization Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Experience with food preparation or catering is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate A genuine interest in culinary arts or hospitality industry careers is highly valued Embark on your hospitality journey with us!
