Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Assist with facility maintanance tasks such as restroom maintanance and organizing supplies as needed. Support catering and banquet operations by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Help with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen and dining areas to promote a safe environment. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours. Skills Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or supporting catering events is a plus. Previous restaurant, hotel, or culinary experience preferred; familiarity with banquet settings is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments. Excellent attention to detail for cleaning standards and organization. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
