NO LATE NIGHTS!
You're home before 9:00pm on a closing shift! Guaranteed Hours! Room for growth! Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village has an opening for a Dishwasher within our Dining Services department. Various schedules available, no late nights! You will focus primarily on general dishwashing duties at our resort-style restaurants. In this position, you have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team both within the department and within Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village in general, to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors. Position Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following: Ability to operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position Ensure dishwashing duties are performed in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards Notify supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed Keep supervisor informed of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for Residents, guests, and team members Key requirements of this position: Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members and the general public Willingness to perform a variety of tasks Adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion.
