We are a high-volume restaurant and catering operation looking for someone who works hard, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area Take out trash and assist with general kitchen cleaning Help restock kitchen items and supplies Support cooks and kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed Assist with light prep or other back-of-house duties when necessary Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Weekend availability is required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Restaurant experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person
