About the Role We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running clean, fast, and smooth. This is more than washing dishes. You're a critical part of the team that keeps service moving and our standards high. What You'll Do Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and to standard Keep the dish area organized, sanitary, and stocked throughout service Operate and maintain the dish machine properly Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean tools and wares are always available Take out trash, break down boxes, and assist with end-of-night cleaning Help receive and put away deliveries as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a sense of urgency during busy service Reliability, meaning you show up on time and ready to work Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Prior dish or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required, we'll train the right person Why Join Us We're a community-focused, chef-driven restaurant where every team member matters.
