Dishwasher Zinc Cafe & Bar - Laguna Beach 350 Ocean Avenue, Laguna Beach, CA 92651 Zinc is a restaurant and market that provides our employees and customers a sense of place. Our Dishwashers are the backbone of our kitchen operation and support our cooks and service staff in performing cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation standards. Responsibilities:

Team Member responsibilities include but are not limited to: Expertise in using and maintaining all dish station equipment Load, run and unload dish machine Keep the dish machine & sinks clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately Monitor dish machine & sink water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle Wash and store all kitchenware, baskets and crates. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies. Properly label, replenish and store chemicals Use the proper chemicals for each job while maintain safety for yourself and those around you Keep dish room & storage clean and organized Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and embody an environment of teamwork Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers Follow all safety and state guidelines for preventing transmission of Covid-19 and other illnesses

Team Members Holiday Premium:

hourly employees who work on an observed holiday will be paid 1.5x their hourly wage 401k, company matched contribution

Work Context:
