You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Duties Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service periods. Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately. Skills Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced restaurant setting with a focus on cleanliness. Excellent teamwork skills to coordinate with culinary staff and servers seamlessly. Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards across all work areas. Flexibility to adapt to different shifts, including evenings, weekends, or special events.
