Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools following health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to promote a safe working environment Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all dishware and serving items are clean and ready for service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold sanitation standards Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and cleaning procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues
