Overview:

We are a small family owned and operated sporting camp located in Eustis, Maine. A sporting camp is an establishment that provides lodging, meals for fishermen, hunters, and outdoor recreation enthusiasts. We consist of private individual cabins accompanied by a main dining lodge. Our position is live-in, we provide on-site housing and meals.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area in the kitchen
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and sanitized
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Support kitchen staff by helping with various tasks as required
• Help out housekeeping with cleaning guest cabins

Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
