Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or handling basic food items when needed Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and smooth workflow during busy service hours Adhere to safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and sanitation practices Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
