Dishwasher and Busser

Essential Job Functions:

Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Places clean dishes and utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment and/or utensils orderly condition. Cleans and prepares various foods for cooking and serving. Stocks supplies, such as food and utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Sweeps and scrubs floors. Sorts and removes trash to designated areas. Abides by all health codes, hand washing guidelines and fully observes all safety procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned

Training and Experience:

None required.

Licenses/Certifications/Other:

Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation of criminal and financial history to obtain a Gaming Permit from the Office of the Delaware Gaming Commission. Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result. Must pass annual Title 31 exam.
