Job Overview Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to keep kitchen operations flowing seamlessly Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces according to health and safety standards Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a hygienic environment Collaborate with food service staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for restaurant or hotel operations Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and quality standards Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or culinary environments is highly preferred Familiarity with kitchen operations including bussing, food handling, and basic food preparation techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety protocols Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in busy settings Knowledge of hospitality standards related to food service, catering, and restaurant environments is advantageous "Se aceptan personas que hablen español."
