The Opportunity :

Join our team as a Dishwasher and contribute to the impeccable dining experience we provide to our valued members and guests. As a crucial member of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Duties and Functions:

Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately. Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely. Sorting and organizing dishes, glassware, and utensils for efficient use during service. Assisting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when needed. Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe workspace. Disposing of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with club policies. Adhering to health and safety standards to uphold sanitation regulations. Collaborating with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Following instructions from supervisors and taking on additional tasks as required.

Qualification Standards:

Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred but not required. Ability to work in a dynamic team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues. Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and humid kitchen environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the kitchen. Strong organizational skills to manage the flow of dishes efficiently. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
