Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy for incoming guests. Help with food handling procedures in accordance with safety regulations to prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service operations. Participate in cleaning schedules for the entire kitchen area, including floors, sinks, and storage spaces. Skills Strong understanding of food handling and sanitation standards within restaurant or hospitality environments. Experience with food service or catering operations is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and servers. Previous banquet or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in diverse settings.
