Clean and sanitize all dishes and silverware used by guests and all kitchen equipment. Keep kitchen and banquet areas clean and sanitized.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

Responsibilities:

Prepares tableware for washing, i.e. scrapes plates, pre-soak silverware, places all items to be washed in their proper dishwasher rack Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e. drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level Washes, stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen area Thoroughly cleans dishwashing equipment and working areas Collects all soiled pots, washes and restocks cleaned pots on shelves Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse Mops and sweeps floors Washes walls and ceiling tiles Sanitizes all cooking equipment If 18 years of age, performs the duties of a Food Server, Server Assistant, Cashier/Host, or Cook in the Grill outlet as needed to include Banquet functions Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Required Must be 16 years of age Must have speed and accuracy in order to maintain maximum efficiency Professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook Must be able to function both independently and as a member of a team A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment Preferred General knowledge of cleaning processes and cleaning chemicals
