Dishwasher weekends

Overview We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher to join our weekend team. Dinner service 5PM to closing. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment to support our culinary staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies. Support food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Help with cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to maintain a tidy workspace. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to facilitate smooth service flow. Contribute to catering or banquet setups when needed, ensuring all items are clean and ready for service. Follow safety protocols at all times to create a safe working environment for everyone. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or culinary environments is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to work weekends consistently, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Willingness to learn about food preparation, bussing, and hospitality operations.
