Dishwasher/Busser

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with experience in bussing, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment. Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and efficiently to enhance the dining experience for guests. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste appropriately. Help set up for banquets or catering events by arranging tables, chairs, and serving equipment as required. Follow all food handling safety regulations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to providing excellent hospitality. Willingness to learn and adapt in various roles within the kitchen and dining areas. Experience in culinary arts or catering is a plus but not required.
