Duties Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a steady flow of service during busy hours Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques to meet health standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dining rooms, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and bending frequently Strong attention to detail in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests This position is ideal for anyone age 14+ and is a motivated individual eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
