Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards. Assist servers and kitchen staff by bussing tables promptly, clearing plates, and resetting dining areas for new guests. Support food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients or plating simple dishes under supervision. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of trash to ensure a tidy environment. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy hours. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in various tasks. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff members and guests.
