Responsibilities Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and courteously Support food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients or plating dishes under supervision Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and floors Help with catering setups and banquet service by transporting supplies and ensuring timely readiness Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy periods Skills Strong understanding of food handling, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards Experience in bussing or supporting food service in restaurants, hotels, or catering environments Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques is a plus Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests Prior banquet or large event experience is desirable but not required Passion for hospitality, culinary arts, or food service industries is highly valued This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary and hospitality expertise in a vibrant environment.
