Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team at SHANTOO. As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Your primary responsibility will be to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assist with bussing tables and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using the appropriate cleaning methods and materials
• Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, glasses, and silverware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Help with food preparation as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
