Dishwasher/Food Prep side a San Francisco, CA Job Details Full-time $24 - $30 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Pre-cooking preparation Teamwork Dishwashing Full Job Description Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling plates, or portioning items to support kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including counters, floors, and equipment to ensure a hygienic workspace Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and organizing serving areas Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared food items and smooth workflow Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards Experience working in banquet or catering settings is a plus Knowledge of cleaning procedures specific to commercial kitchens or hospitality venues Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Prior hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness, efficiency, and culinary support!
