Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Support catering events or banquet setups by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and helping with food presentation when needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events. Adhere to all safety protocols related to kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and food storage. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy trays or pots. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting. Experience with bussing tables, food prep, or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
