Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared items to the serving team. Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes during service to enhance guest experience. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments, including kitchen or hotel settings. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Familiarity with catering or banquet operations is a plus. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with culinary staff and servers.
