Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision. Support catering and banquet events by helping set up, clear tables, and ensure cleanliness throughout service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all food prep and dining areas. Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during meal service to ensure a positive guest experience. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to support efficient operations during busy hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Knowledge of basic food handling safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills related to food prep, cleaning, and customer service. Experience with catering, banquet events, or hotel kitchens is beneficial but not mandatory.
