Support the kitchen team in maintaining a sanitized workspace by following proper cleaning procedures. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Prepare ingredients for catering events or banquet functions as needed, ensuring timely setup. Follow food handling safety protocols to uphold health standards across all food-related activities. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow of dishes from prep to service. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Experience with food preparation, bussing, or banquet service is a plus.
