This position combines food prep and dishwashing responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, works with urgency, and is comfortable staying active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, kitchen tools, pans, and prep equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dish area Assist with food prep including cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients, and basic kitchen prep Follow food safety and sanitation standards Take out trash and help with general kitchen cleaning Support kitchen team with daily prep and closing tasks

Requirements:

Comfortable using knives and performing basic food prep Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Must be reliable and able to work as part of a team This is a physically active position and requires continuous standing, movement, lifting, and manual dishwashing throughout the shift.
