Dishwasher/Food Prep

Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision. Support banquet and catering events by helping with setup, cleanup, and food handling to ensure smooth service. Help keep the kitchen and dining areas tidy by performing regular cleaning duties and adhering to health and safety protocols. Buss tables and assist servers during busy service times to ensure guests receive prompt attention. Follow proper food handling procedures when assisting with food prep or serving to maintain safety standards. Collaborate with team members across the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless operations. Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Knowledge of basic cleaning practices and food handling safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward assisting others. Willingness to learn new skills related to food prep, serving, or catering operations. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and support staff. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization in busy settings.
