Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining cleanliness to uphold food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the chef
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Support kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
• Help with bussing tables, catering, and banquet setup when required Experience
• Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is beneficial
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is advantageous
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the team
