Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, assembling ingredients, and following safety protocols. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by bussing tables and clearing plates to maintain a smooth flow. Help with basic food handling tasks such as portioning ingredients and preparing garnishes for dishes. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines. Follow proper food safety practices in line with health regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food orders for dine-in, catering events, or banquet functions. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning protocols, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments can be a plus.
