Dishwasher/Food Prep

Company Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our kitchen operations. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness of dishes and kitchen equipment while assisting with food preparation to help deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests. Duties Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure all items are prepared and stored hygienically. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during meal service to promote smooth operations. Support the culinary team in maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations. Basic cooking or food preparation skills are a plus but not mandatory.
