Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including sinks, dishwashing stations, and storage spaces. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies when needed. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service periods. Adhere to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food handling procedures and cleaning standards in a commercial kitchen setting is advantageous. Experience working with catering or banquet services can be beneficial for supporting large events. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
