Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
