Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients for various dishes. Support the cooking staff during peak hours by ensuring a steady supply of clean cookware and utensils. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors. Follow food handling and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during banquets and catering events.
