Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dismantler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for disassembling various types of vehicles , ensuring that all components are handled with care and precision. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with a variety of tools, including hand tools and power tools, to effectively dismantle vehicles while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Efficiently dismantle vehicles and machinery using appropriate tools and techniques. Inspect components for wear or damage and determine if they can be reused or recycled. Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist in the dismantling process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines. Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks during the dismantling process. Document parts removed from vehicles and maintain accurate inventory records. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance or similar fields is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential. Previous experience in dismantling or recycling operations is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality standards in work output.
