Dispatch Manager

We're looking for an experienced Environmental Dispatch Manager to lead daily dispatch operations, driver coordination, and fleet logistics in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant transport of hazardous materials and environmental services.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee dispatch operations, routing, and scheduling for drivers and specialized equipment
• Lead and manage dispatch and driver teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance oversight
• Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations, environmental laws, and hazardous materials requirements
• Monitor fleet activity and adjust routes in real-time to meet customer demands
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, resolving service issues and maintaining strong relationships
• Track performance metrics and improve route efficiency, fleet utilization, and cost control
• Support environmental programs and identify opportunities to reduce operational risk

What You Bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation management
• Background in environmental services, waste, or oil & gas preferred
• Strong knowledge of DOT and Hazmat regulations and dispatch systems
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a safety-focused environment Why Join Us?
