Dispatcher - 1st Shift - Morris

Essential duties and responsibilities Distribute work assignments as directed by supervisor. Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained. Heavy interaction with warehouse operators, carriers and warehouse logistics team. Schedule daily workload and department personnel. Review carrier paperwork for accuracy. Maintain necessary documentation and files. Assist in monitoring department and individual employee performance.

Qualifications:

Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Ability to handle numerous telephone calls Keen attention to detail. Excellent organization skills and logical thinking. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in computer programs including Excel and Word. Excellent follow through on daily tasks and projects. Ability to work flexible schedule.
