Company Description Twin Lake Trucking is an over the road transportation company based in East St. Louis, IL, right off I-64. We cover all 48 states and Ontario Canada & Quebec Canada. We provide warehousing and crossdocking at our headquarters.

Twin Lake has three divisions:

van & reefer, flatbed (which also has curtainsides), and intermodal. All of our drivers are HazMat certified. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Twin Lake Trucking in East St. Louis, IL. The Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching drivers, communicating with drivers and customers, monitoring shipments, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills Experience in dispatching or transportation operations, preferably in the trucking industry Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety requirements Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software Familiarity with East St. Louis, IL and surrounding areas Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field (preferred) Experience with HazMat regulations and requirements (preferred)
