Dispatcher

We are looking for a reliable and organized Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The dispatcher will answer incoming calls, coordinate drivers, and manage dispatch operations using Towbook software. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls for towing and roadside service requests Dispatch drivers using Towbook software Communicate with customers, drivers, police departments, etc Monitor driver locations and job progress Enter accurate job information into the system Handle billing and basic paperwork as needed Maintain professional customer service at all times

Requirements:

Experience with Towbook preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Reliable and dependable

Pay:

Based on experience

Full-time Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
