Receptionist duties Strong communication skills Phone/Email correspondence Data entry (Strong technical skillset) Scheduling & Dispatching (Organizing technician schedules to minimize travel time and maximize productivity, assigning jobs) Customer communication Ability to multitask Administrative support

M-F | 7am-3:30pm or 7:30am-4pm
