Join Our Team We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Airport FBO Operations Dispatcher to support daily aircraft operations and ensure exceptional service for pilots, passengers, and crew members. This role is critical to coordinating communication between flight crews, line service technicians, and front desk staff while keeping operations running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced aviation environment. Position Summary The Airport FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) Operations Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating aircraft arrivals and departures, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate operational updates within FBO 360 Next-Gen software. This role serves as a key communication hub between flight crews, line service personnel, and customer service staff to ensure seamless ground operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and track inbound aircraft to ensure timely preparation for arrivals Communicate all incoming aircraft activity and requested services to Line Service Technicians Coordinate aircraft departures and ensure all associated services are completed on time Manage fuel orders and service requests for arriving and departing aircraft Ensure all required services are opened, tracked, and completed prior to aircraft departure Coordinate aircraft staging times to support efficient ramp operations Serve as a primary point of contact for operational radio communications Answer inbound Aircraft UNICOM calls and relay information accurately to team members Communicate front desk service requests to Line Service through Microsoft Teams Maintain accurate and real-time records within FBO 360 Next-Gen Log completed services, operational updates, and customer requests Support additional operational duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple aircraft movements simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented mindset with proactive communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and basic computer systems Experience with dispatch systems or scheduling software preferred Familiarity with aviation operations or an FBO environment preferred Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Previous aviation experience and/or training preferred Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license required Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must successfully complete company training programs Strong verbal and written communication skills required Basic arithmetic skills required Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing Physical Requirements Frequent walking throughout the facility and ramp areas Stretching, bending, and climbing as needed Ability to safely direct or move aircraft with strong vision and coordination Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Why Join Us?
